The Pocher Alfa Romeo 8c 2300 spider is among the most ornery kits ever devised.  The Elves of DMC

have been steering a course around this kit for nearly a decade, but inspiration has finally trumped fear

and trepidation.  This model is 'modificato' because it has a Monza nose and hoods and represents

a 'day two' car, a car that is no longer frresh from the factory, but far from end of its life, still new

enough to win races and to be the highlight of any gathering of sports racers.

Modified body includes Monza nose and hoods, two-panel windshield and

 removal of fin and headlight supports.

Model represents a 'day two' version, with modifications appropriate

for occasional racing or rally use.

Other modifications include exhaust cut-out with floor control, temperature

 gauge, drilled backing plates, and rear running lights.

Brake lights are pedal-activated, headlights and tail lights work via key on dash.
